Rinsed pricing is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time with no fees or penalties. Rinsed charges one flat monthly fee per location.
What features does the monthly fee include?
It includes all the features for the CRM that currently exist and any features we’re planning. As we add new features to the CRM, you’ll keep paying the one monthly price per location.
How many texts and emails do I get with Rinsed?
With Rinsed you can send unlimited emails to customers and 2,000 text messages per month. Additional text messages can be purchased from Twilio in bulk for $0.02 per message. The 2,000 text messages per month does not include any credit card decline messages.
What is the length of the contract?
Rinsed offers month-to-month contracts so there are no long-term contracts required.
Why does Rinsed charge an implementation fee?
To get you set up in Rinsed, we have to integrate with your existing point of sale, which requires technical resources.
What point of sales does Rinsed integrate with?
Rinsed integrates with DRB, Sonny’s, ICS, Micrologic, and Washify. There is no additional hardware required.
What does the 4% commission from online membership sales apply to?
Rinsed charges 4% recurring commission only on net new membership sales that use the Rinsed checkout form on your website. It does not apply to any existing members or members who sign up using any other method.
