1. Acceptance of Agreement
You agree to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”). These Terms of Services are the only agreement between us and you and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Services, the content, products, or services provided by or through the Services, and the subject matter of these Terms of Service. You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live (which is currently 18 years old in most states) to use our Services, or you must have the permission of your parent or guardian who must agree to these terms on your behalf.

These Terms of Services may be amended at any time by us without specific notice to you. The latest version will be posted on our website, and you should review these Terms of Services prior to using the Services, so you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.

4. Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use
Your license for access and use of the Services and any information, products, services, and materials they contain (collectively defined as “Content”) therein are subject to the following restrictions and prohibitions on use: you may not (a) copy, republish, display, distribute, transmit, sell, rent, lease, loan, or otherwise make available in any form or by any means all or any portion of the Services or any Content retrieved therefrom; (b) create compilations or derivative works of any Content from the Services; (c) use any Content from the Services in any manner that may infringe any copyright, intellectual property right, proprietary right, or property right of us or any third parties; (d) remove, change, or obscure any copyright notice or other proprietary notice or terms of use contained in the Services; (e) make any portion of the Services available through any timesharing system, service bureau, the Internet, or any other technology now existing or developed in the future; (f) remove, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software in the Services or use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the Services architecture; (g) use any automatic or manual process to harvest information from the Services; (h) use the Services for the purpose of gathering information for or transmitting (1) unsolicited commercial email; (2) email that makes use of headers, invalid or non-existent domain names, or other means of deceptive addressing; and (3) unsolicited telephone calls or facsimile transmissions or telephone solicitations; (i) use the Services in a manner that violates any state or federal law; (j) export or re-export the Services or any portion thereof, or any software available on or through the Services, in violation of the export control laws or regulations of the United States; and (k) use the Services in any way except as permitted by these Terms of Service.
SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Rinsed, Inc. (referred to as "We," "Us," "Our") offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), allowing you to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages related to our products and services. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please carefully read this Agreement.
2. User Opt-In and Consent
To join the Program, Users must opt-in by completing an enrollment form. By opting in, you consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages from us at the phone number you provided. Consent is not required for purchases. Message and data rates may apply.
3. User Opt-Out
You can opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to our messages. You may receive a confirmation message upon opting out. These are the only reasonable methods of opting out. Any other method is not considered a valid opt-out.
4. Duty to Notify and Indemnify
If you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number used for Program enrollment (e.g., canceling your service plan or transferring the number to another party), you must complete the User Opt-Out process mentioned above before discontinuing use. Failure to notify us of such changes may result in you being responsible for all associated costs and liabilities. You agree to indemnify us for any claims due to your failure to provide notification.
5. Program Description
The Program delivers messages related to the marketing and sale of digital and physical products, services, and events. This description is not exhaustive and may include additional content related to our offerings.
6. Cost and Frequency
Message and data rates may apply. The Program may send recurring mobile messages, and additional messages may be sent based on your interaction with us.
7. Support
For Program-related support, text "HELP" to the number you received messages from or email support@rinsed.com. Please note that this email address is not a valid method of opting out. Opt-outs must follow the procedures mentioned in Section 3.
8. Limited Scope
This Agreement applies only to the Program and doesn't modify other Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy in other contexts.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please review them periodically.
Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Rinsed ("us", "we," or "our") operates http://www.rinsed.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. Our goal is to provide a clear and concise description of how we handle your Personal Information. By using the Site, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from Rinsed by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out of marketing and promotional communications, subject to limitations and exceptions provided by law, we may still send you other types of emails, such as those about your account or our service and support notices.
