We're a B2B SaaS company, providing car washes all the tools they need to transition to a subscription model. Modern car washes are fully-automated tunnels that can wash over 200 cars/hr, shifting from selling single washes to all-you-can-wash subscriptions. We are giving this $15bn underserved market the tools to manage and grow their subscription revenue.
While working in private equity, our CEO, Austin, met with dozens of car wash operators. He was excited about the future of the industry and the growth of the subscription model, but recognized the lack of tools to support the evolving needs of the next generation of car washes.
Seeing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the car wash industry, Austin set out to create a platform that would help operators manage every aspect of the customer journey. He brought in his co-founders, Sam and Nic, to develop The Car Wash CRM platform, and the rest is history!
Today, Rinsed is even more than just The Car Wash CRM. In May of 2024, we acquired Ignite Wash, expanding our product set to include Salespath, The Car Wash Salesperson Platform.
Rinsed is currently installed at over 3,000 car washes nationally, helping to manage more than 8 million car wash memberships.

(3) Hiring Manager Interview: The deep dive into your specific experience from the person you’ll report to and how that translates into the world of Rinsed

(5) Final Round: The finish line! As a finalist, you can expect to meet our CEO either virtually or onsite in our NY office, typically with a presentation that showcases your unique skill set
